So, my washing machine was acting up... again. Thought I could fix it myself but, nope. Ended up doing a quick online search and found Twin Oaks Appliance Repair. Honestly, loved how easy it was to book a service, and their website had all the info I needed. They even came out to Elfin Forest, CA pretty quick.
The technician arrived on time, which is always a big plus. Friendly guy, knew his stuff right away. Turns out, some pump was the issue, not what I thought at all. He explained things simply, which was nice 'cause, you know, not everyone speaks 'appliance repair'. Anyway, he got the job done without any fuss.
Also, big shout out to their customer service. Kept me updated throughout. Pricing was fair, considering everything. If you need someone for washing machine repair, these guys got you covered. I’m super happy with the whole deal. So next time, no question. They’re my go-to for any washing machine repair. Probably should’ve called them sooner!
